Our mortgage loan programs include conventional loans with 30, 20, and 15-year terms, as well as government loan programs such as Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Administration (VA) financing. We also offer a variety of home loan options for self-employed borrowers. In addition, we partner with the Kentucky Housing Corporation to provide down payment assistance programs for those who qualify.*
