We offer fixed rate products like the "bigger banks and mortgage companies" do, but we generally have lower closing costs and rates.  We offer many mortgage loan programs featuring conventional loans with terms of 30, 20, 15 yr, and government loan programs, such as FHA, VA, RHS/USDA.  We also offer a variety of home loan programs for self-employed borrowers.   In addition, we partner with Kentucky Housing Corporation and offer down payment assistance programs.
